Role Description
You will own hiring at Aelyst end to end as we scale the team across Southeast Asia and beyond. Great companies are built on great hires — you will be the person who finds them, sells them, and gets them signed.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close
- Build proactive talent pipelines for engineering, sales, and support roles across Malaysia and Indonesia
- Partner with the founder and hiring leads to define role requirements and interview processes that actually predict performance
- Craft employer branding content and manage our careers presence
- Run structured, fair, and fast hiring processes — candidate experience is a product
- Track pipeline metrics and continuously improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
Qualifications
- 3+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in-house at a startup or tech company
- Proven success hiring both technical (engineering) and go-to-market roles
- Strong sourcing skills beyond job boards: LinkedIn, communities, referrals
- Excellent judgment of people and the discipline to run structured processes
- Fluent English; Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is a strong plus
- Comfortable in a lean environment where you own outcomes, not just process
